Poppy & Moe uses USPS to send all of its items.

Expected Delivery Times:
US & Canada - 6 - 14 business days
Everywhere Else - country specific

When you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email. All US orders will include a tracking number. International orders will receive country specific delivery times in their confirmation email.

Poppy & Moe is not accountable for any duty or customs charges that may occur in your packages shipment or responsible for lost or stolen items.

If you would like to pay for a private carrier (DHL, Fed Ex, UPS) and receive your item faster please contact us directly.

If you are not satisfied with your order, regular priced items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receipt.

All sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Returns must be in original condition, with all the original packaging, including the original invoice. Poppy & Moe will not accept any item returned with obvious signs of wear or with any of the original tags removed.

If you would like to return your item(s), please send an email to info@poppyandmoe.com and let us know what you'd like to return, the reason for your return and if you would prefer to exchange your item(s) or be refunded. Once your email is confirmed, you will receive return instructions and the address to send your return to. We strongly recommend that you insure your return and get proof of delivery in case your package gets lost in transit.

We will never share your e-mail address or personal information with any third parties. Any information collected on this website will be used for fraud control, order verification or internal marketing purposes only.

Poppy & Moe may suggest links from other sites to our customers however, we are not responsible for any of the content on these sites and cannot be held liable for any possible damages incurred from that content.

All listed prices are accurate to the best of our knowledge. Should a case arise where an item is unintentionally listed at an incorrect price, Poppy & Moe reserves the right to refuse to sell the item at the listed price.

In addition, Poppy & Moe reserves the right to decline or cancel any such orders. If the purchase has already been charged to the customer’s credit card, Poppy & Moe will issue a credit to the account in the same amount as the incorrect price.
